Jess Thomson is freelance writer and cookbook author. She resides in Seattle where Pike Place Market resides. The book offers recipes for breakfast through desserts that makes your mouth water just reading them. The photography is excellent and the history of Pikes Peak Market gives the recipe book a great edge among cookbooks. It is a great find to have in my kitchen.
