Authors Bonom, Pocius, and Wu, developed the recipes in the Irish Cooking Bible. There are more than 120 recipes from pub fare to country classis in the book. Some of the recipes include Raisin Oat Scones, Mulligatawny Soup, Roasted Salmon Fillets with Irish Whiskey Sauce, Steak and Mushroom Pie, Rack of Lamb and Braised Leeks. Every recipe has a completed dish photo. The cookbook includes an Index in the back and a Metric Conversion Chart.

This cookbook could have been so much more. The authors could have included some Irish diddys and some folklore about the recipes. It was short and to the point with nothing more to offer. I would not recommend the Irish Cooking Bible
