Tone Finnanger, author of Tilda’s Winter Ideas, is a very passionate artist. She creates her projects in her home studio where her books originate. She previously wrote the book Tilda’s Studio.

Tilda’s Winter Ideas, is filled with pictures, diagrams and instructions on angels. She includes information on how to stuff their fabric bodies, how to create their hair, faces and their paper wings. She also gives complete instructions with pictures of Gingerbread Houses, purses, winter bunnies, homemade ribbon, glass candle holders, and romantic soaps. For the readers that love the holidays the book also includes directions for making tree decorations, Santa Claus, and stockings.

I personally was a little disappointed in the book Tilda’s Winter Ideas. I had previously purchased and enjoyed Tone Finnanger’s first book, Tilda’s studio, which I enjoyed immensely. I didn’t feel Tone Finnanger’s second book had near the content or creativity that her first book held.
